No Evidence Summary Judgment Decision Affirmed
August 3, 2014In this mortgage foreclosure-related lawsuit, the appellants challenged the trial court’s decision to grant summary judgment on a no-evidence basis. The Court of Appeals, however, affirmed the trial court’s decision because the appellees did not present any evidence to overcome each of the appellees’ no-evidence grounds. The Court rejected the appellant’s argument “[b]ecause they have not challenged on appeal all possible grounds upon which summary judgment could have been granted.”
