In Willow Tree Consulting Group LLC v. Perkins Coie LLP, the Fifth Court affirmed summary judgment on several claims against a law firm, holding, inter alia, that limitations began to run when the relevant Chief Compliance Officer, who “was both a coroprate agent and an innocent insider,” received a Civil Investigative Demand about matters related to the claims.
