No Notice, No Judgment

The clerk sent notice of judgment to an outdated address for counsel, after he had notified the court of the change, and took no further action when that notice was returned by the Post Office. The Fifth Court granted relief from that judgment in a restricted appeal in Getmeplacement LLC v. Wiese Indus., LLC, No. 05-21-00133-CV (Oct. 31, 2022) (mem. op.).
