October 4, 2018Relators superseded a judgment and sought mandamus relief against certain trial court proceedings. The Fifth Court dismissed the petition, observing: “Here, relators did not ask the trial court to dissolve the garnishments or stay the hearing on the motion for sanctions and application for turnover order.
