Actress and inventor Hedy Lamarr said that “all my six husbands married me for different reasons.” Because judges can also reach the same decision for different reasons, the Fifth Court recently observed that “we ‘must uphold a correct lower court judgment on any legal theory before it, even if the court gives an incorrect reason for its judgment.'” Choi v.
