The Fifth District will have three new Justices at the start of 2027:
- Hon. Amanda Reichek, a member of 2018’s “Slate of Eight,” returns to the court for another term after a 2-year absence;
- Hon. Monica Purdy, a longtime Dallas civil trial judge; and
- Hon. Andrea Plumlee, who comes to the Court from the Dallas family-court bench.
